FlowHelen was founded in 2025 by Helen R., a Charlotte-based home cook who got tired of overpriced kitchen tools that promise the world and break after a few months. After years of recommending the same handful of clever gadgets to family and friends, Helen started FlowHelen — a curated kitchen store focused on practical, durable, and affordable tools for real home cooking.

What We Sell

FlowHelen is a kitchen-first store. Every product on our site is a tool we'd actually use in our own kitchen — manual choppers, mandoline slicers, food storage containers, baking accessories, and clever organizers. We work with vetted manufacturers and operate a US-based fulfillment partnership, so most domestic orders ship within 5–10 business days from a US warehouse. Every item is reviewed before it makes it to our store.
