At FlowHelen, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- The item must not be marked as final sale or non-returnable.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
- Intimate apparel or undergarments for hygiene reasons.
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale events.
- Gift cards.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at helenrp79@gmail.com with:
- Your order number.
- The item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for the return.
- A photo of the item if it arrived damaged or defective.
We will respond within 1–3 business days with return instructions and the return address.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal value. If you need a different size, color, or product, contact us at helenrp79@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- If you've done all of the above and still have not received your refund, contact us at helenrp79@gmail.com.
