All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 5–10 business days (where available)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-volume seasons such as holidays.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — check our homepage or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website or visit our Track Order page.
6. Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
FlowHelen is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please:
- Check around your delivery area and with neighbors.
- Contact your local post office or carrier.

8. Incorrect Address
